Frederick P. Dibble - Fred has spent his entire business career in the aviation industry. In 1980, he was employed by Fairchild Industries, Inc., as an aeronautical engineer in the testing of the Metro III and the development of the Saab-Fairchild 340 commuter airliner. In 1984, he joined Saab Aircraft and became Regional Director, Airline Sales. In 1995, he joined MCC Financial Corporation and became Senior Vice President - Marketing. James D. Walker - Jim has been involved in aircraft marketing and leasing for over twenty years. His transaction experience includes Saab 340s, de Havilland Dash 8s, Metro IIs and IIIs, Twin Otters, Challengers and Cessna 402s. His executive experience includes President and CEO of Capital Associates, Inc., a general equipment lessor. Jim is a former member of the Equipment Leasing Association Board of Directors and past Chairman of its Business Practices Committee and its Middle Market Business Council.
